Already booked your cruise?

You may still be able to transfer your reservation to Seabound Journeys and enjoy personalized travel planning. Let's see if your booking qualifies.

Step 1Tell me the basicsThe line, the ship, when you sail and roughly when you booked. That's all I need to start.
Step 2I check where it standsEvery cruise line sets its own rules about transfers, and those rules change. I'll find out how yours apply to your booking.
Step 3You hear back either wayWithin one business day. If it qualifies I'll explain exactly what changes. If it doesn't, I'll tell you straight.

Your existing booking

Just enough to check eligibility — nothing more.

This is the one that usually decides it. An approximate date is fine.

Where to reach you

I'll never ask for your card details or a payment by email. If a transfer turns out to be possible, anything further is handled directly with you and the cruise line.

What decides whether a booking can move

I want to be straight with you before you fill anything in: I can't promise your booking can be transferred, and I won't know until I check. Eligibility isn't mine to decide — it belongs to the cruise line, and the rules differ from one line to the next and change over time. What generally matters is how recently you booked, whether final payment has already been made, whether another travel advisor already holds the reservation, and that line's own current policy.

A transfer is about who looks after the reservation from here — the research, the watching for price drops, the calls when something goes wrong at 11pm the night before you sail. What it would mean for your existing fare or any promotion attached to it is part of what I'll check and tell you honestly.

What I can promise is the answer, within one business day, whichever way it goes.
