NCL Holdings Loyalty Guide (2026): Latitudes, Oceania & Regent

Brands: Norwegian Cruise Line • Oceania Cruises • Regent Seven Seas Cruises

NCLH opened the Loyalty Status Honoring Program for requests on September 29, 2025. The first eligible cruises receiving honored benefits departed on or after October 15, 2025.

Unlike Royal Caribbean Group's permanent match, this is a per-cruise honoring: you must request it before each sailing, your tier is honored at the closest corresponding tier for that voyage only, and it reverts to your earned tier within seven days after disembarkation. Points never transfer between programs. It applies only to the three NCLH brands — no external cruise lines, hotels, or airlines.

Norwegian Cruise Line — Latitudes Rewards

Earning: Members earn 1 point per cruise night, plus 1 additional point per night when booked in a qualifying full-fare Suite or The Haven, and 1 additional point per night on qualifying Latitudes Rewards Insider Offers. Club Balcony Suites do not qualify for the suite bonus.

Most tier benefits apply on cruises of five nights or longer. Tier-based onboard discounts are available on all sailings.

Benefits by tier (cumulative highlights)

Note: The complimentary Diamond cabin upgrade and Ambassador complimentary cruise are earned-status or milestone benefits and are excluded when those tiers are received through Status Honoring. Consult NCL's published Latitudes benefit chart for the exact benefits at each tier.

Oceania Cruises — Oceania Club

Earning: Cruise credits per sailing (bonus credits for higher suite categories).

Note: Oceania includes gratuities in its broader cruise-fare program; qualifying loyalty tiers receive published shipboard-credit and amenity benefits. President's Circle is reachable only by sailing Oceania — not via Status Honoring.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises — Seven Seas Society

Earning: Based on nights sailed (Regent is all-inclusive, so the program layers extra services and savings on top).

Key implications: - NCL Ambassador is honored as Oceania Diamond and Regent Titanium - Oceania President's Circle is honored as Regent Titanium and NCL Ambassador - Regent Diamond and Commodore are honored as Oceania Diamond and NCL Ambassador - Oceania President's Circle, Regent Diamond, and Regent Commodore cannot be obtained through Status Honoring; they must be earned directly with those brands

Timing of the March 2026 change: Requests submitted on or after March 1, 2026 are processed under the 2026 Tier Recognition Chart. Requests submitted before March 1, 2026 for later sailings remain governed by the 2025 chart.

How to request:

Submit the request by email to the brand you are sailing with at least 10 days before departure: - Norwegian Cruise Line: StatusHonoringNCL@ncl.com - Oceania Cruises: StatusHonoringOCI@oceaniacruises.com - Regent Seven Seas Cruises: StatusHonoringRSSC@rssc.com

Include: - Reservation number - Sail date - Ship and brand - All applicable NCLH loyalty numbers - Full name - Date of birth - Email address - Phone number

Allow up to 72 business hours for processing. One request can cover connected back-to-back sailings; a separate request is not required for each leg. You must be 18+ and an active member of at least one of the three programs. If you hold status with two or three brands, the highest tier is honored.

Fine print: - Status is honored only for the requested cruise. Within seven days after the cruise, the traveler returns to the tier earned directly with that brand - Status Honoring includes select standard benefits associated with the honored tier, but excludes milestone and earned-status-only rewards. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, complimentary cruises, cabin upgrades, certain tier discounts and personalized recognition gifts - Points and cruise credits never transfer among Norwegian, Oceania and Regent. Travelers earn only in the loyalty program of the brand they are actually sailing - The program applies only to Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Status from outside cruise lines, hotels and airlines is not eligible
