The dining story here is breadth carried by a strong casual backbone. Bonsai Teppanyaki (8.7) is the one specialty restaurant exclusive to Carnival Horizon and sister ship Carnival Panorama — an interactive, tableside-cooked format priced at $46.80 for lunch and $58.80 for dinner, both totals already including the 20% service charge.
