One main dining room, not a system to navigate. Where Celebrity's newer Edge Series runs four restaurants as open seating under one umbrella, every Solstice-class ship seats its included tier in a single room — international/contemporary menu, breakfast and lunch on sea days, dinner nightly, open seating within that one restaurant. We score it as Included – Full Service, the same category label used everywhere else, but there's no multi-room choice to build into the Variety score here.

Le Petit Chef means three different things depending which ship you're on. On Silhouette and Reflection it's a standalone specialty venue in its own right. On Equinox and Eclipse it's the same theatrical, animated tabletop-projection dinner, but hosted inside the space still branded Qsine — not a separate Qsine tasting menu anymore, the format has largely taken over that room. On Solstice, it's simply gone: discontinued in the refit, with no direct replacement.

Chef's Table isn't the same product on the two ships that have it. Solstice runs Chef's Table by Daniel Boulud as its own post-refit program. Equinox hosts a separate, more modest Chef's Table experience inside Murano. Eclipse, Silhouette and Reflection have no Chef's Table product at all.

The glass-blowing studio is never a scored dining venue, on any of the three ships that carry it. Solstice had one before her refit removed it entirely; Equinox and Eclipse still have theirs. On Silhouette and Reflection, that same deck footprint holds Lawn Club Grill and The Porch instead — a real, scored dining difference, not just a missing curiosity.

It's a demonstration space, not a dining venue — we mention it only for ship character. Silhouette and Reflection never had one; that same footprint holds Lawn Club Grill and The Porch instead, which is why those two ships lead the class on Special Experiences.

Lawn Cabanas, the rentable private cabanas on the Lawn Club deck aboard Silhouette and Reflection, are a real but niche paid add-on. We treat them as texture, not a separately scored dining venue.

Luminae, for Retreat suite guests, and Blu, for AquaClass guests, operate in parallel on all five ships — the same two-restaurant structure Celebrity runs across its modern fleet. That structure earns this category a 9.0 on every hull in this class, whether you're sailing the freshly refit Solstice or the unrefit Reflection.

Because the category is identical everywhere, it isn't a reason to choose one Solstice-class ship over another. If your cabin category grants you access to Luminae or Blu, you're getting the same restaurants at the same score no matter which of the five ships you book. Use this section to set expectations, not to break a tie between sisters.

Reflection's own 2027 refit announcement explicitly confirms Luminae and Blu are being retained, not replaced — a small forward-looking confidence note if you're weighing a later booking on that ship, though we're not building anything else on this page around that future refit.

Specialty Dining separates into three tiers, not two. Solstice scores 8.6, Silhouette and Reflection score 8.4, and Equinox and Eclipse score 8.0. Solstice's edge comes from swapping Tuscan Grille and Qsine for two newer concepts — Fine Cut Steakhouse and Trattoria Rossa — while Silhouette and Reflection hold their own with Tuscan Grille, standalone Le Petit Chef and Lawn Club Grill's cover-charge grilling format all counting toward the same category.

Quality Ceiling follows the same shape: Solstice at 8.6, Silhouette and Reflection at 8.2, Equinox and Eclipse at 8.0. Solstice's newer rooms push the ceiling up. Fine Cut Steakhouse has earned Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star recognition, confirmed only at the Apex and Ascent locations as of the February 2026 ratings round. Solstice's own Fine Cut Steakhouse opened in March 2026, too late for that cycle — it's the same concept and kitchen standard as her sisters' four-star rooms, but not yet a Forbes rating of its own.

Net: Solstice's lead is real and comes from genuinely new venues, not from her sisters falling short. Silhouette and Reflection's specialty tier is still strong on its own terms, and it's the one that carries Le Petit Chef — the venue Solstice's refit removed entirely.

Silhouette and Reflection lead because they're the only two ships that still combine Le Petit Chef with Lawn Club Grill's chef-assisted interactive grilling — two distinct special-experience formats stacked on top of each other, which is exactly why this pair posts the class's strongest score here.

Equinox and Eclipse land in the middle, at an identical 7.2, both built around Le Petit Chef at Qsine. Equinox also hosts a genuine, if modest, Chef's Table within Murano — a real second special-experience credit on that ship specifically — but it isn't enough on its own to move the weighted score past Eclipse's single format.

Solstice's 6.8 is the honest cost of her refit. Le Petit Chef is genuinely discontinued there, and Chef's Table by Daniel Boulud, while a real program, is a more traditional multi-course chef's-counter format — not the same animated tabletop theater, and not a full replacement for it. If a theatrical dinner is what you're booking this class for, Solstice is the one ship in it that doesn't have one.

Solstice leads the class at 8.1, a real margin over her sisters but not a landslide. She wins or ties the top spot in six of eight categories — Included, Specialty, Casual & Quick Dining, Variety, Quality Ceiling and, alongside every other ship, Suite & Restricted Dining — and trails in exactly two: Value, where she's lowest at 7.7, and Special Experiences, where she's lowest at 6.8. Both are the honest tradeoffs behind her stronger specialty tier, not oversights.

Equinox and Eclipse tie at 7.8, and we're not forcing a winner between them. Every category matches except Casual & Quick Dining — 7.9 on Equinox against 7.6 on Eclipse — because Craft Social is on Equinox and not on Eclipse. That's the entire gap; everything else, including Special Experiences, lines up exactly.

Silhouette and Reflection tie at 8.0, and again, it isn't a full twin match. Reflection's Casual & Quick Dining score of 7.7 trails Silhouette's 7.9 specifically because Reflection carries the thinner Passport Bar where Silhouette has Craft Social's fuller gastropub menu. Every other category, including this pair's class-leading 7.7 on Special Experiences, matches exactly.

Suite & Restricted Dining is the only category with zero variation across all five ships: 9.0, everywhere. If suite or AquaClass dining is what matters most to your booking, this category gives you no reason to prefer one Solstice-class ship over another.
