The specialty roster is where Preziosa actually stands out in her class. Butcher's Cut is the one specialty concept every MSC Fantasia-class ship carries, a Linz heritage Angus steakhouse. Galaxy Kaito is Asian fusion, explicitly confirmed on MSC's own current Preziosa ship page. Eataly is an Italian food hall — pasta, pizza, seafood, a real change of pace from a steakhouse or wine bar (and unrelated to the Eataly concept on MSC World America, beyond the shared brand name). Ristorante Italia adds evening-only wood-fired pizza. Four distinct paid restaurants, against one or two on every sister ship.

That specialty depth is paired with the thinnest casual tier in the class — no confirmed Sports Bar, just La Locanda (wine, tapas, small plates, extra cost but not specialty-tier) and the coffee bar Il Cappuccino. If you're in the Yacht Club, Le Palmeraie is your suite-exclusive restaurant, on the same legacy decor she's run for years, with no confirmed poolside Yacht Club touchpoint to pair with it — a refit is scheduled for February 2028, not underway yet.

Specialty Dining sits at 7.2, the category that separates Preziosa from her sisters. Four distinct paid formats — an American steakhouse, Asian fusion, an Italian food hall, and wood-fired pizza — give her real range at the top of her dining program, and Quality Ceiling, at 7.2, reads that program's best-case meal against the rest of the class's more concentrated specialty rosters. Variety lands at 7.5, helped by that same specialty spread sitting alongside two ordinary main dining rooms and one buffet.

Casual & Quick Dining is Preziosa's clearest soft spot at 6.1. No confirmed Sports Bar currently sits on her roster, which leaves La Locanda's wine-and-tapas format, Il Cappuccino's coffee counter, and the included Phoenician Plaza to cover the casual tier between MDR sittings and specialty nights. It's a real structural gap against a specialty roster that's otherwise unusually deep for the class.

Value lands at 7.1, and it's grounded in real structure — not in what MSC hasn't published for this class's mostly European, Caribbean and South American itineraries. Room Service runs the same fleet-wide tier-based delivery model as her sisters, the specialty roster is the deepest paid option in the class, and Le Palmeraie remains a single-touchpoint suite product rather than a two-venue one. Those facts set the number, not a missing price sheet.

Five of Preziosa's 12 venues are included and open to everyone onboard. The two main dining rooms above are the full-service tier; below that sits Inca & Maya (6.9), Preziosa's paired buffet halls scored as one connected venue, not two. Inca is confirmed open a real 20 hours a day, 6am to 2am — a genuine, if modest, hours edge over the class's standard-tier buffets, not the longest buffet hours at sea.

Phoenician Plaza (6.5) is the included quick-service tier — MSC describes it as a “lively Mediterranean square” with snacks and drinks, a straightforward grab-and-go stop rather than a destination in its own right.

Room Service (6.9) runs the same fleet-wide, tier-based policy carried across this class: complimentary delivery for Fantastica, Aurea and Yacht Club guests, a fee for Bella, a late-night surcharge from 11pm to 6am for everyone, and a surcharge on American hot breakfast items. Preziosa's own ship-specific data point — roughly €7 for pizza delivery, €3–€5 for standard items — is worth knowing as a planning reference, and it's exactly that same policy reported in euros, not a different fee structure from her sisters.

La Locanda (6.8) is a wine, tapas and small-plates format — extra cost, but published as Extra Cost – Casual, not a specialty restaurant. It's still listed on MSC's current Preziosa page, the best-evidenced of the class's three reclassified wine/casual venues, and worth knowing about even though it doesn't carry the named-chef weight of Butcher's Cut or Galaxy Kaito.

Il Cappuccino (6.3) is a dedicated coffee bar — coffee, tea, pastries, à la carte — the same brand and format as the version other MSC Fantasia-class ships carry, though scored independently on Preziosa's own evidence. Current sourcing doesn't turn up a confirmed Sports Bar on Preziosa, which is the specific gap behind this category's lower score — not a broader problem with the ship's dining, just a real absence in an otherwise strong lineup.
