Norwegian Jade carries two separate, complimentary main dining rooms — Alizar and Grand Pacific, both on Deck 6 — open to every guest, running real multi-course menus with real service, and both scoring as ordinary Included — Full Service, exactly like a traditional MDR would on any other line. The one thing that's different from a fixed-seating dining room elsewhere is the service model: Norwegian's Freestyle Dining means no fixed dining time and no assigned seating, a booking-flexibility detail, never a reason either room is treated as lesser.

Beyond Alizar and Grand Pacific, Jade's included roster runs O'Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Garden Café, The Great Outdoors, and two complimentary pool grills, Topsiders Bar & Grill and The Pit Stop, plus 24-hour Room Service. The Bake Shop is Jade's one paid dessert kiosk. Her specialty lineup runs seven distinct restaurants — Cagney's Steakhouse, Le Bistro, Moderno Churrascaria, La Cucina, Teppanyaki, Sushi, and the Asian-fusion Jasmine Garden. There is no dedicated Haven Restaurant on Jade: real Haven suite accommodations exist onboard, but Haven guests dine at these same ship-wide venues rather than a separate restaurant.

Included Dining reads 8.1, anchored by Alizar and Grand Pacific scoring as ordinary Included — Full Service venues, a fare-included Room Service menu, and a casual tier running O'Sheehan's, Garden Café, The Great Outdoors, Topsiders Bar & Grill, and The Pit Stop — Jade's second complimentary pool grill, a venue sister ship Jewel doesn't carry.
