Liber is where the airport bus stops for good. KATE’s Tempozan–USJ route ends at its entrance, and staying guests use the Riverside Spa free from 14:00, once they’ve done check-in procedures, per the hotel.
It’s the farthest of the Universal City hotels from Tempozan — about 1.1 miles across the river by our pins — and the ¥3,000-a-night parking is the dearest we found.

Liber sits next to JR Sakurajima Station, one stop past Universal City, per the hotel. By our pins Kansai is about 19 miles (31 km) away; KATE’s bus ends at the Liber entrance, about 90 minutes from Kansai by the hotel’s figure, traffic permitting.
