Harmony keeps the ocean/Central Park/Boardwalk choice, but its real cabin personality appears at the edges. This is a ship where family size can change the category you should even be looking at.

The Harmony numbers worth knowing
Harmony's useful numbers sit at opposite ends of the scale. Royal currently publishes a 96-square-foot Ocean View on Deck 3 and a 1,142-square-foot four-bedroom Villa Suite on Deck 12. That spread is why one generic 'Harmony cabin size' is almost meaningless.
Ocean View

Oasis Class has three different balcony vacations
The three balcony worlds remain, but Allure makes the same category behave differently depending on position. Boardwalk is the clearest example: move aft and the view can become part neighborhood, part AquaTheater, part ocean.
Ocean View Balcony
The simple one. If you want to open the door and see water, protect that requirement when comparing guarantee fares.
Central Park View Balcony
Greenery, restaurants and a more composed inward-facing view. The trade is privacy: cabins across the park can look back at you.
Boardwalk View Balcony
More movement, more people and more visual energy. Exact aft placement can improve the AquaTheater or partial-ocean sightline, so two rooms in the same broad family can feel different.
Which view would you actually use?
This is not “good, better, best.” It is three different reasons to have a balcony.
Royal says guests booking a guarantee stateroom on Oasis Class may be assigned a Neighborhood View Balcony, including Central Park or Boardwalk, based on availability. So if “balcony” means ocean to you, do not let the lower guarantee fare make that decision for you.

Family cabins: do not let the slide distract you from the bathrooms
Harmony is where 'family cabin' stops meaning one thing. A family of five can fit in a Junior Suite. A much larger group can look at the 14-person Villa Suite. And the Ultimate Family Suite turns the room itself into part of the entertainment.

Royal currently lists Harmony among the ships offering the two-story Ultimate Family Suite. It is Star Class and includes the in-suite slide, game space, balcony whirlpool and Royal Genie experience.
Fourteen people changes the math
The four-bedroom Villa Suite sleeps up to 14. Do not compare its total fare to one cabin. Compare it with the multiple cabins your group would otherwise need.
The six-person interior deserves a quote
If you are pricing a family of five or six, compare the Spacious Interior against two standard rooms before automatically jumping to a suite. One can win on price; two can win on bathrooms and privacy.
Villa / large Star suites
Some Oasis sisters offer multi-bedroom Star Class products. Inventory is too ship-specific to treat “Oasis Class” as one room list. Verify the sister before building a group around a suite.
Count bathrooms, real beds, privacy and the number of people trying to get ready at once. The room with the biggest headline may not solve the most expensive daily irritation.
Six people fitting in one room does not mean six people should automatically book it. Price two connecting or nearby cabins too. The second bathroom can be worth more than the saved floor space.
Do not compare the Ultimate Family Suite or Villa Suite with one ordinary cabin. Compare the total suite fare against the exact combination of rooms your party would otherwise book. That is the only comparison that tells you what the upgrade really costs.
Harmony's cabin story is unusually sensitive to party size. The approximately 287-square-foot Junior Suite with an approximately 80-square-foot balcony is a very different purchase from the enormous multi-bedroom Villa product; compare the cost per usable bedroom and bathroom, not merely the suite label.
Sea, Sky and Star: the room name is not the benefit list
Harmony's suite ladder is unusually wide: Sea Class starts with the Junior Suite, Sky includes products such as Crown Loft and one-bedroom AquaTheater, and Star reaches the two-bedroom AquaTheater, Villa Suite, Ultimate Family Suite and Royal Loft.

Royal lists the Villa Suite at 1,142 square feet inside plus a 476-square-foot balcony, sleeping up to 14. That is closer to replacing a block of cabins than upgrading one.
Royal's Suite Class page defines which category belongs to Sea, Sky or Star, but Royal also says staterooms vary by ship. This guide only treats a Harmony category as ship-specific when the current Harmony material supports it.
AquaTheater Suites are the most Oasis-Class answer to “why pay more?”
Most suite upgrades buy more room and more service. AquaTheater Suites also buy a relationship with the ship's signature aft venue.
You are buying three things at once.
Huge aft balcony. Ocean/wake sightline. AquaTheater as part of the scenery. That combination is why these suites can feel more unique than a conventional large suite with a higher square-foot number.
Aft is not midship. If your family constantly runs to the forward end, the dramatic balcony comes with a commute. That may be completely worth it. It should still be part of the price.
Why Harmony changes the cabin conversation
Harmony is not just the next sister chronologically. Its current family and large-group inventory creates decisions that Oasis and Allure do not frame the same way.
Oasis + Allure
The neighborhood-balcony concept begins here. Do not assume every newer specialty suite or redesigned room exists just because it is “Oasis Class.”
Harmony + Symphony
The class evolves, and both Harmony and Symphony appear on Royal's current Ultimate Family Suite availability list. Their exact cabin inventory still needs to be read ship by ship.
Wonder + Utopia
Dedicated Suite Neighborhoods change the upper-end experience. Utopia then adds its exclusive Solarium Suite, Sky Junior Suites and redesigned interior rooms.

The view can be spectacular. So can the walk. Make the aft geometry part of the suite comparison rather than pretending location is free.
The master inventory: use families, not fake precision
Oasis Class has too much ship-specific variation for one category-code table to pretend all six sisters are identical. This is the class-level map; ship guides should handle exact codes and dimensions.

Price the change, not the label
Neighborhood balcony → ocean balcony is a perfect Seabound calculation.
If the ocean balcony is $840 more for two people on seven nights, the horizon is costing $60 per person per day. Would you pay $60 every day to replace Central Park or Boardwalk with ocean? Maybe. Now it is a decision instead of an assumption.
