The sixth Oasis-class ship earns its own page because Royal changed the inventory, not merely the decor.
Solarium Suite

Sky Junior Suite
New on Utopia Sleeps up to five. It creates a new bridge between a room-first Junior Suite purchase and the broader Sky experience.
Ultimate Family Suite
~2,476 + ~538 sq. ft. Royal's current 2026–27 plan publishes 230.03 m² inside + 49.98 m² balcony, up to 10 guests, Star Class.
Royal Loft Suite
~2,605 + ~517 sq. ft. Up to six. Royal says Utopia's version was reimagined with spa tubs and connecting doors to Crown Loft Suites.
Do not pay extra merely because the category is new. Price the redesigned Interior for space, Sky Junior for capacity and Sky access, and Solarium Suite for the view plus Star service. Three new categories. Three completely different reasons to spend.
Oasis Class has three different balcony vacations
The classic Oasis balcony choice remains intact. Utopia's real location twist happens above it: the Solarium Suite puts a Star Class room into the forward Solarium wing.
Ocean View Balcony
Ocean is still ocean. If that is why you are paying for a balcony, do not let a guarantee fare quietly change the view.
Central Park View Balcony
Greenery and evening atmosphere instead of horizon. Beautiful, inward-facing and less private than the ocean side.
Boardwalk View Balcony
The energetic option. Position matters because the aft end can mix Boardwalk, AquaTheater and partial ocean into one view.
Which view would you actually use?
This is not “good, better, best.” It is three different reasons to have a balcony.
Royal says guests booking a guarantee stateroom on Oasis Class may be assigned a Neighborhood View Balcony, including Central Park or Boardwalk, based on availability. So if “balcony” means ocean to you, do not let the lower guarantee fare make that decision for you.

Family cabins: do not let the slide distract you from the bathrooms
Utopia gives families more rungs before the giant-suite leap. That makes comparison shopping more important, not less.
Ultimate Family Suite: now three bedrooms
Up to 10 guests. About 2,476 square feet inside plus about 538 outside on Royal's current plan, with three bedrooms, cinema/karaoke, private whirlpool and two-story slide. Those numbers explain why this is closer to buying a private family attraction than simply buying more beds.
Sky Junior Suite changes the middle
Up to five guests makes this more than a couples upgrade. Price it against an ordinary Junior Suite and against two cabins before assuming the new category is the better family answer.
The six-person interior deserves a quote
If you are pricing a family of five or six, compare the Spacious Interior against two standard rooms before automatically jumping to a suite. One can win on price; two can win on bathrooms and privacy.
Villa / large Star suites
Some Oasis sisters offer multi-bedroom Star Class products. Inventory is too ship-specific to treat “Oasis Class” as one room list. Verify the sister before building a group around a suite.
Count bathrooms, real beds, privacy and the number of people trying to get ready at once. The room with the biggest headline may not solve the most expensive daily irritation.
Six people fitting in one room does not mean six people should automatically book it. Price two connecting or nearby cabins too. The second bathroom can be worth more than the saved floor space.
Would your family still pay the premium if the slide, game room and jacuzzi disappeared? If the answer is no, you are buying an attraction. That is perfectly valid — just value it as one.
Start with the cheapest configuration that comfortably sleeps everyone. Then price Sky Junior, connecting rooms and the UFS. Utopia gives you more ways to spend money; the useful question is what problem each extra dollar solves.
Utopia's Ultimate Family Suite sleeps up to 10 and is roughly 2,476 square feet inside plus about 538 square feet outside using Royal's published metric dimensions. Its Royal Loft is even larger inside, yet serves a smaller party. Bigger is not automatically the better family buy.
Sea, Sky and Star: the room name is not the benefit list
Wonder introduced the Suite Neighborhood. Utopia keeps it, then adds a Star Class room that changes the top of the ladder: the Solarium Suite.

Junior Suite remains the reminder that buying a suite name does not automatically buy the full premium ecosystem.
Sky Junior Suite is the interesting Utopia wrinkle. It can sleep up to five and moves the buyer into Sky. Royal's current VOOM wording is not fully consistent across its own regional pages, so this guide does not treat internet inclusion as a permanent reason to upgrade. Verify the benefit for the exact sailing before paying for it.
The Solarium Suite exists only on Utopia. Royal gives it 280-degree forward views, an operable window for ocean air and Star Class with Royal Genie service. That is a real ship-specific product, not a renamed sister-ship suite.
A Solarium Suite, Royal Loft and UFS solve completely different problems. View, privacy, party size and in-room entertainment matter more than ranking them largest-to-smallest.
AquaTheater Suites are the most Oasis-Class answer to “why pay more?”
Most suite upgrades buy more room and more service. AquaTheater Suites also buy a relationship with the ship's signature aft venue.
You are buying three things at once.
Huge aft balcony. Ocean/wake sightline. AquaTheater as part of the scenery. That combination is why these suites can feel more unique than a conventional large suite with a higher square-foot number.
Aft is not midship. If your family constantly runs to the forward end, the dramatic balcony comes with a commute. That may be completely worth it. It should still be part of the price.
Why Utopia cannot be a copy of Wonder
Royal itself identifies three new Utopia room categories. That gives the final Oasis sister a cabin identity of its own.
Oasis + Allure
The neighborhood-balcony concept begins here. Do not assume every newer specialty suite or redesigned room exists just because it is “Oasis Class.”
Harmony + Symphony
The class evolves, and both Harmony and Symphony appear on Royal's current Ultimate Family Suite availability list. Their exact cabin inventory still needs to be read ship by ship.
Wonder + Utopia
Dedicated Suite Neighborhoods change the upper-end experience. Utopia then adds its exclusive Solarium Suite, Sky Junior Suites and redesigned interior rooms.
Solarium Suite
Exclusive to Utopia. A 280-degree forward view plus Star Class creates a splurge no other Oasis sister can duplicate.
Sky Junior Suite
A new middle rung, sleeping up to five and changing the suite-upgrade conversation.

Location has two dimensions on Oasis Class
You are choosing forward/midship/aft and ocean/neighborhood. That gives location more power than on a conventional ship.
Aft Boardwalk
Potentially better AquaTheater and ocean sightlines, but more neighborhood activity and a longer walk to some forward venues.
Central Park
Great for restaurants, evening ambience and a calmer inward view. Privacy still matters because cabins face one another.
Ocean side
The conventional answer. More privacy in the view and a genuine horizon, with no neighborhood directly below.
Extreme aft suites
The view can be spectacular. So can the walk. Make the aft geometry part of the suite comparison rather than pretending location is free.
The master inventory: use families, not fake precision
Oasis Class has too much ship-specific variation for one category-code table to pretend all six sisters are identical. This is the class-level map; ship guides should handle exact codes and dimensions.

Price the change, not the label
Neighborhood balcony → ocean balcony is a perfect Seabound calculation.
If the ocean balcony is $840 more for two people on seven nights, the horizon is costing $60 per person per day. Would you pay $60 every day to replace Central Park or Boardwalk with ocean? Maybe. Now it is a decision instead of an assumption.
