The verdict

Park Tower is the suite choice in Retiro. It’s about 950 m from the terminal by our map, with an indoor pool, a gym, the St. Regis Restaurant and a lobby bar, per Marriott.

It ties the Sheraton on points and trails it on distance by about 50 m. What you get for that is the room — suites up to 380 m², and a Quick Car transfer to Ezeiza at US$70 one way. It doesn’t take pets, and you must be 18 to check in.

Book it if

  • You want a suite the night before
  • You want a car from Ezeiza with a published price
  • You want to be among the closest hotels to the port

Look elsewhere if

  • You’re bringing a pet; the Sheraton next door takes them
  • You want breakfast in the rate

From EZE without a hotel shuttle

Holland America puts Ezeiza about 42 km and 50 minutes from the pier, traffic allowing, with taxis, Uber, Didi and Cabify all on hand, and gives about ARS 35,000 for the ride; an April 2026 report saw ARS 50,000 on Taxi Ezeiza’s stand sign. Tienda León’s bus runs to its Carlos Pellegrini terminal for ARS 16,500 a person. The airport page has the fares.

Which quay

the terminal

Ships embark at the Quinquela Martín terminal on Av. Ramón Castillo, inside the working Puerto Nuevo port zone. Park Tower is about 950 m from our pin for the terminal in a straight line, and about 1.7 km from Plaza de Mayo. That’s a taxi, not a walk. We found no official rule on walking out, only port guides advising against the approaches. With no pier luggage storage, per Holland America, a taxi with bags is the plan. No source publishes the terminal’s exact position; the Buenos Aires cruise guide has the rest.
