The honest case for official parking is the same one that applies at Port Canaveral: it's the least you have to think about. You drive in, pay, park, and walk to your terminal (Terminal 29 aside). No app, no shuttle window, no second company to coordinate with on the way home when you're tired and just want to get to your car.
