Night-Before Score
The verdict

Las Lengas comes down to what Quark says about it. Quark names it with Albatros and Los Acebos as hotels it books most often, without guaranteeing one, and it collects bags from the lobby on embarkation morning.

On its own page it offers BarDPizzas for dinner, free parking and a 10:00 check-out with bag storage — and breakfast runs 06:30 to 10:00 without a word on whether it’s in the rate.

The pier gate is about 900 m away in a straight line — let the line move the bags.

Book it if

  • You’re sailing Quark and want to be where it collects bags
  • You want a simple night with dinner downstairs

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a spa or a pool
  • You want breakfast confirmed in the rate

To the Ship

Getting here, and on to the ship

By our map estimate Las Lengas is about 4.7 km from Ushuaia Airport in a straight line, and about 900 m from the pier gate. Every question mark below is a ride you book yourself.

Leg 1 · Ushuaia Airport to the hotel
Not stated

The hotel doesn’t mention an airport ride — Cvent puts the airport about 5.1 km away, so take a taxi, a remis or your line’s transfer.

From USH without a hotel shuttle

There’s no public transport from the airport to town, per Turismo Ushuaia: you take a taxi (metered), a remis (a fixed fare booked by phone) or a transfer. Neither publishes a fare. Some expedition lines include the airport transfer (Quark does airport to hotel), so check your documents. The only price we found is for one hotel van. The airport page has what is and isn’t published.

Which quay

the pier gate

Measured to the pier gate on Av. Maipú, opposite Lasserre street, Las Lengas is about 900 m away in a straight line. Oceanwide says Ushuaia has only one pier and you show your boarding pass to get on it. CNN Español describes the terminal’s pier as 550 m long and shared with commercial, fishing and scientific vessels — where your ship berths is for your line to confirm. Lines such as Quark bus you from a meeting point near the pier. The Ushuaia cruise guide has the rest.
