Two piers, two official rates
Both are genuinely official, port-endorsed options — a rarity we cover. Confirm which terminal your line actually uses (see the full guide's terminals section) before you compare a single number.
Smith Cove Cruise Terminal
- $27/day standard, confirmed identically on two Port of Seattle pages
- RV/oversized: $47/day (one port page) or $40/day (another port page) — a genuine conflict, not resolved here
- Complimentary shuttle to the terminal, confirmed directly on the port's own site
- Serves Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, Princess, Royal Caribbean, MSC, and Virgin Voyages
Bell Street Cruise Terminal
- $33/day flat, confirmed directly on the Port of Seattle's own site — flagged by the port itself as "subject to change"
- One operator (Republic Parking), one confirmed figure — no naming conflict
- On-site garage, part of the same 11-acre complex — no shuttle needed
- 6'6" vehicle height limit; serves Norwegian Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises
Official parking, pier by pier
Read Pier 91 and Pier 66 as two separate answers — one pier's rate says nothing about the other's, and they're run by different operators.
Smith Cove Cruise Terminal
- Rate: $27/day for a standard vehicle, confirmed identically on two of the Port of Seattle's own pages.
- Operator name — a genuine conflict: the port's own parking FAQ page names "Platinum Parking" (800 spaces, $47/day RV/oversized); the port's own Pier 91 transportation page names "Republic Parking Northwest" (600 spaces, $40/day RV/oversized); the operator's own booking site (seattleportparking.com) identifies itself as "USP Parking" (800 spaces, $329 for 7 days RV/oversized, or about $47/day — closer to the FAQ page's figures). All three names and both rate figures are disclosed rather than resolved.
- Shuttle: complimentary, between the lot and the terminal, confirmed directly on the port's own site.
- Accessible parking: a dedicated wheelchair-transport parking option is named on the port's own site, without further detail. EV charging not confirmed when we checked.

Bell Street Cruise Terminal
- Rate: a flat $33/day, confirmed directly on the Port of Seattle's own site, which itself notes the rate is "subject to change."
- Operator: Republic Parking — one name, no conflict between sources.
- Garage: 1,700 total spaces in the Bell Street Pier garage (not all reserved for cruise parking), 25 handicap stalls, part of the same complex as the terminal — no shuttle needed.
- Height limit: 6'6", so taller vehicles (larger vans, trucks, some SUVs) likely won't fit — no separate oversized rate is published.

Neither figure above comes from a third-party guide — both are confirmed directly on the Port of Seattle's own site, which is unusual for this system. The one genuine gap is Pier 91's internal inconsistency: two official port pages naming two different operators and two different RV rates for what appears to be the same lot. On September 26, the port’s own Smith Cove terminal page gave parking from $27 a day and $47 for RVs, and linked seattleportparking.com, run by USP Parking, which calls itself the official parking service at Pier 91. That site sold 7 days from $187 to $329, by tier.
Hotels that hold the car
We’ve since checked 54 hotels one by one, on their own sites. Four by the airport sell one price that covers the room night and parking while you sail: the Quality Inn ($214 for 7 days), the Comfort Inn ($249), the Sleep Inn ($250) and the Radisson ($329), as their booking pages showed between Sept 26 and Oct 2, 2026. The three Choice hotels price by check-in date, so yours will differ.
You still need a ride to the pier, 30 to 40 minutes by the port’s count, and Seattle Express, a third-party shuttle, charges $30 a person from most of them. The 20 best hotels for the night before scores every one and prices the packages against both terminal lots.

Shuttles, published parking rates and free breakfast decide the order. Tap one for the full review, or hold a room for the night before.
Who should pick what
| Traveler | Likely best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sailing Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, Princess, Royal Caribbean, MSC, or Virgin Voyages | Pier 91's official lot | Your line homeports here — $27/day standard, with a complimentary shuttle. |
| Sailing Norwegian or Oceania | Pier 66's on-site garage | Your line homeports here — a flat $33/day, no shuttle needed since it's part of the terminal complex. |
| Driving an RV or oversized vehicle to Pier 91 | Book directly and confirm the rate by phone first | The port's own pages disagree ($47/day vs. $40/day) — a phone call settles it faster than guessing. |
| Driving a taller vehicle to Pier 66 | Consider an alternative near Pier 91 instead | The garage's 6'6" height limit isn't paired with a published oversized option. |
| Want the shortest possible confirmed process | Pier 66, if your line sails from there | One name, one rate, one source — no conflict to sort out before you book. |

Parking FAQ
Is there official parking at both Seattle cruise terminals?
Yes — Pier 91 and Pier 66 both have official, port-endorsed parking with a rate confirmed directly on the Port of Seattle's own site, a rarity we cover where most ports have at least one gap.
How much does Pier 91 parking cost, and why do the port's own pages disagree?
$27/day for a standard vehicle — that figure is consistent across two of the Port of Seattle's own pages. Where they disagree is the operator's name (one page says Platinum Parking, another says Republic Parking Northwest, while the operator's own booking site calls itself USP Parking) and the RV/oversized rate ($47/day on one port page, $40/day on another). All three names and both figures are disclosed here rather than resolved.
How much does Pier 66 parking cost?
$33/day, confirmed directly on the Port of Seattle's own site, which itself flags the rate as "subject to change." Unlike Pier 91, there's no naming or rate conflict here — one operator (Republic Parking), one confirmed figure.
Can I park an RV or oversized vehicle at either terminal?
At Pier 91, yes — the RV/oversized rate is $47/day per the port's own parking FAQ page or $40/day per the port's own Pier 91 transportation page, a genuine conflict between two official sources. At Pier 66, the garage has a posted 6'6" height limit and no separate oversized rate is published, so a taller vehicle likely won't fit.
Is there a shuttle to the terminal from parking?
At Pier 91, yes — a complimentary shuttle between the off-site lot and the terminal, confirmed directly on the port's own site. At Pier 66, no shuttle is needed: the parking garage is part of the same 11-acre terminal complex as the cruise terminal itself.
