Night-Before Score
The verdict

Bergen Børs is the grand night out. The former stock exchange has Frescohallen under its painted ceilings, two more restaurants and a cellar of 1,300 wines.

For a cruise it scores modestly: breakfast isn’t promised in the rate, parking is self-service for a fee, and Skolten is about 950 m away.

If dinner is the occasion, this is the place.

In town

KlosterGarasjen, up to NOK 280 a day

There’s no cruise car park at Skolten or Jekteviken that we could find. KlosterGarasjen, on Vestre Murallmenning, is the garage Visit Bergen puts closest to the coastal-voyage terminal: NOK 26 to 52 an hour, capped at NOK 280 a day, with 3-, 7-, 14- and 30-day passes. Scandic quotes the same garage at NOK 300 per 24 hours, so check the sign.
