Staybridge Suites is the most self-contained night on the airport side. Every suite has a full kitchen, breakfast is hot and free, laundry is free, parking is free and the indoor pool is saltwater.
Monday to Wednesday there's The Social, an evening reception from 5:30 to 7. What there isn't is a shuttle of any kind — IHG says so plainly.
By our routing it's about 8.3 road miles to the terminal from Premium Outlets Boulevard. IHG puts ORF "about 3 miles" off, and its own airport list says 0.97, so trust the drive, not either figure.
Book it to wash, pack and cook before the cruise, and set your cab for the morning.
Book it if
- Families who want a full kitchen
- Washing the clothes before the trip
- EV drivers — three chargers on site
Look elsewhere if
- You're under 21.
- You need an airport shuttle.
- Your sail day falls on a Thursday to Sunday and you want The Social.
