Raffles is where the splurge list starts, because MICHELIN's Singapore list gives it Three Keys and no other hotel among our eight has more than one. The hotel's page counts 115 suites, six places to eat and drink by name, from 1887 by Andre to the Long Bar, and an outdoor pool at the spa.
None of that is a ride to the ship. Our routing puts Marina Bay Cruise Centre about 3.5 road miles away, roughly 8 minutes with no traffic, and the Singapore Cruise Centre at HarbourFront about 3.9. Disney lists Raffles Singapore as one of its own pick-up points for guests on its cruises, with luggage tagged there — that is Disney's service, not the hotel's, and only if you are sailing with them.
The page doesn't say whether breakfast is in the rate, and it prints no parking figure.
Book it when the night before is the point of the trip. Ask the concierge for the car when you check in, and ask whether bags can be held if your boarding time is late.
