The Wake
Steak & seafood, brunch and dinner
The Wake is Virgin's steak-and-seafood steakhouse, running both brunch and dinner service, included in the fare on every sailing.
Four more full-service restaurants round out the included roster. Gunbae (8.2) is Korean BBQ with tabletop grilling, and Extra Virgin (8.1) is an Italian trattoria built around handmade pasta and antipasti.
Pink Agave (8.0) is modern, upscale Mexican, tequila- and mezcal-forward.
The Dock & The Dock House (7.9) serves Mediterranean mezze and flame-grilled skewers with live acoustic music. Outdoor and indoor/covered seating work as one connected concept, scored as one venue.
It's scored identically to her sisters' Dock venues. The Panama-Canal-driven removal of the Deck 7 aft overhang is a real hardware change, but the food proposition is unchanged, so there's no score penalty here.
The Galley (7.9) is Virgin's answer to a buffet — a food hall of 8+ made-to-order stations (bakery, panini, burger grill, taco stand, sushi, noodle bar, soup and salad, a 24-hour diner). It's counted as one venue, not eight.

Lick Me Till... Ice Cream (7.6) is a complimentary scoop shop with roughly six flavors, including vegan. The Pizza Place (7.6) runs made-to-order pizza with late-night hours.
Sun Club Café (7.6) serves Hawaiian-style poke bowls at midday. The Social Club (7.5) — the current name for the ship's hot-dog and fairground-snack venue — serves pretzels and “adult floats” alongside the classics.
Grounds Club (7.5) is a specialty coffee shop by day and, on Brilliant Lady specifically, a full bar in the evening. The venue is included, but coffee purchases often carry a charge.
