Virgin has no main dining room and no buffet, on Valiant Lady or any of her three sisters. Your fare includes access to a roster of themed restaurants instead, almost all with no cover charge. That's a genuinely different dining architecture than any other line this project has scored, and it's the whole reason Valiant Lady's included roster reads as deep as it does: The Test Kitchen (the fleet-wide flagship tasting-menu concept), The Wake (steak and seafood), Gunbae (Korean BBQ), Extra Virgin (Italian trattoria), Pink Agave (modern Mexican), and The Dock & The Dock House (Mediterranean mezze and skewers) are all part of what you already paid for.

The one real difference between Valiant Lady and her sisters is what happens inside the Razzle Dazzle footprint after dark. Since her May 2026 Palermo drydock, that space runs Ariya for dinner — an Indian evening concept developed with chef Maneet Chauhan and Indie Culinaire. It's one physical venue, Razzle Dazzle by day and Ariya by night, never two restaurants, and it's tied with Rojo as this project's highest-scored evening concept in the class. That's the main reason she edges Scarlet Lady's Lucky Lotus.

All of that lands Valiant Lady at 7.9, tied with Brilliant Lady for the highest score in the class — Brilliant leads narrowly on the full decimal, 7.915 to 7.860. Virgin does not operate a dedicated restaurant for RockStar or Mega RockStar guests, so there is no restricted-dining product to score here — she has no suite-restricted restaurant, same as every ship in this class, and there's no retrofit plan or "coming soon" framing to offer here.

Included Dining is Valiant Lady's strongest category at 8.6 — and Value ties it at 8.6, grounded in the plain structural fact that this whole roster is fare-included, not in any read on published pricing. Variety follows at 8.3, a category judgment on the real range of formats aboard: full-service Indian, steakhouse, Korean BBQ, Italian, Mexican, and Mediterranean restaurants, a food hall, and a snack tier, without a single main dining room or buffet holding the ecosystem together the way other lines' scorecards do.

Specialty Dining reads 8.1. Virgin's signature restaurants — The Test Kitchen, The Wake, Extra Virgin, Gunbae, Pink Agave, and Ariya — function like the specialty layer on other cruise lines; the difference is that Virgin includes them in the fare, so almost none of them charge a cover. Virgin is the first line in this project where "what's included" and "what's excellent" draw on substantially the same venue pool. Quality Ceiling reads 8.2, the best-case meal this roster can produce, with Ariya and The Test Kitchen setting the top end.

Special Experiences is Valiant Lady's softest category at 6.3. She carries her own ticketed dinner-show experience, It's a Ship Show, exclusive to Valiant Lady within this class — same as Resilient Lady's Another Rose or Brilliant Lady's Up With a Twist, each unique to its ship. Suite & Restricted Dining locks at 1.0: Virgin's RockStar Quarters benefits run to reservation timing and access perks, never a dedicated restaurant.

Beyond The Test Kitchen and Ariya covered above, Valiant Lady's included full-service roster runs deep. The Wake (8.4) is the steak-and-seafood steakhouse, running brunch and dinner service. Gunbae (8.2) is Korean BBQ with tabletop grilling. Extra Virgin (8.1) is an Italian trattoria built around handmade pasta and antipasti. Pink Agave (8.0) is a modern, upscale Mexican concept, tequila and mezcal-forward. The Dock & The Dock House (8.0) pairs an outdoor Mediterranean mezze-and-skewer setup with live acoustic music and an indoor, covered companion space — the two function as one connected concept and are scored as one venue.

The Galley (7.9) is Virgin's answer to a buffet: a food hall of 8+ made-to-order stations — bakery, panini, burger grill, taco stand, sushi, noodle bar, soup and salad, a 24-hour diner. It's counted as one venue, not eight; you'll see it marketed with a much bigger number, but that's a station count, not a venue count.

ShipEats (7.3) is the in-app room-service program. It carries a $10 delivery fee, waived if your order totals $10 or more, or if you're staying in RockStar Quarters — that's Virgin's own current official rule.

Lick Me Till... Ice Cream (7.6), The Pizza Place (7.6), Sun Club Café (7.6), and The Social Club (7.5) round out the included quick-service tier — a complimentary scoop shop, made-to-order pizza with late-night hours, Hawaiian-style poke bowls, and hot dogs, pretzels, and fairground snacks. The Social Club is the current, correct name for that last one — older pre-launch material floated names like “Peppermint Grille” and “Diner Sea,” but neither one ever shipped.

Grounds Club (7.4) is a specialty coffee shop; the venue itself is included, but coffee purchases often carry a charge, same as the “Treat Yourself” a la carte upcharge items you'll find posted at a handful of restaurants across the ship. Judged that way, Valiant Lady's specialty ecosystem scores 8.1. The Test Kitchen (8.7) is Virgin's flagship destination-dining concept fleet-wide — a chef-driven, rotating experimental tasting menu that cycles between menus. Ariya (8.6) is the standout: tied with Rojo as this project's highest-scored evening concept in the class, built with a real chef partnership rather than an in-house concept alone. The Wake (8.4), Gunbae (8.2), Extra Virgin (8.1), and Pink Agave (8.0) round out a genuinely deep bench, each a real, distinct cuisine with its own identity rather than a variation on a house style.

What keeps this category at 8.1 rather than higher is the same thing that keeps Special Experiences modest: no chef's table, no ticketed supper club, no experience-format venue layered on top of the restaurant roster itself — that's tracked separately, in Special Experiences, and it's genuinely thin on this ship.
