Where should I park for a Boston cruise?

Massport's own parking page returned only a bot-protection page to us, so nothing here is confirmed directly on the port's own site. Two on-site options and three off-site hotel garages, all disclosed as third-party figures.

01

Three options, side by side

Not a price list from the port itself — Massport's own site was unreachable when we checked, so every figure below comes from third-party guides, cross-checked across more than one source where possible.

On-site, open-air

Cruiseport C1 Lot

~$25/day, third-party
  • Open-air lot, described consistently across independent guides as Massport-operated or -affiliated
  • Courtesy shuttle per cometoboston; CruiseHive says none
  • No figure confirmed directly on Massport's own site when we checked
On-site, covered

Marine Park Garage

~$30–35/day, third-party
  • Covered parking, also described as Massport-operated or -affiliated
  • Shuttle disputed between the guides
  • Figures vary slightly by source — treat as a range, not a locked-in rate
Off-site, cheapest found

Hyatt Regency Boston Cruise Port

~$14/day, one aggregator
  • About 6.5 miles from the terminal, per a single third-party parking-comparison site
  • Two closer off-site hotel options run about $55/day instead — covered below
  • The reseller’s listing says no transportation is provided at any of the three

On-site parking at Flynn Cruiseport Boston

Verified September 13, 2026
  • Massport Fargo Lot (rechecked September 27, 2026): Massport’s cruise parking page on Parking.com names the Massport Fargo Lot at 93 Fargo Street, run by SP+ and sold only as a prepaid reservation, with a free courtesy shuttle to the terminal; arrive from 7 a.m. and at least two hours before the ship leaves. It shows no daily rate we could read, and Massport’s own site still blocks automated reading.
  • Cruiseport Open Air C1 Lot: roughly $25/day (about $175–189 for a 7-day cruise, figures vary slightly by source), described by cometoboston as an open-air lot with a courtesy shuttle to the terminal; CruiseHive says it has no shuttle, and the guides disagree on whether “C1” is at 93 Fargo Street or 1 Black Falcon Avenue. Highly volatile
  • Marine Park Garage: covered parking; CruiseHive lists $30 Monday to Friday and $20 at weekends with a 6′10″ height limit, and other guides say $25 to $35. cometoboston says there’s a courtesy shuttle; CruiseHive says there isn’t. Highly volatile
  • Booking: one guide states online reservation is required in advance through a third-party parking-reservation platform — not independently confirmed on Massport's own site when we checked.
  • Accessible parking: not independently confirmed when we checked.
  • Oversized vehicles: no distinct rate or restriction found.
  • EV charging: not found when we checked.

Sources: cruisehive.com/boston-cruise-port-parking/95298 and cometoboston.com/cruises/where-to-park-at-the-flynn-cruise-terminal-boston — verified September 13, 2026. Massport's own site (massport.com) returned only an Incapsula bot-protection placeholder at every URL we tried, for the parking page as much as any other

The honest picture here is less transparent than most ports we cover: at every prior port, at least the official parking page itself was reachable, even where a specific dollar figure was disputed or unpublished. At Boston, the entire on-site picture rests on independent third-party guides describing what appear to be Massport's own two options, cross-checked against each other rather than against Massport directly. The one official page we could read, Parking.com’s, points to the Fargo Lot and its free shuttle; the guides disagree on whether the C1 Lot and Marine Park run one.

Off-site alternatives

Three off-site hotel options are named via a single third-party parking aggregator (rightwayparking.com) as cheaper alternatives to the two on-site options above. None of the three was independently confirmed beyond that one aggregator.

Verified September 13, 2026
  • Hyatt Regency Boston Cruise Port — about $14.00/day, roughly 6.5 miles from the terminal — the cheapest option we found. Highly volatile
  • Cambria Hotel Boston, Downtown-South Boston — about $55.00/day, roughly 1.7 miles from the terminal — the nearest of the three alternatives. Highly volatile
  • YOTEL Boston — about $55.00/day, roughly 2.2 miles from the terminal. Highly volatile

Source: rightwayparking.com/cruise-parking/Raymond-L-Flynn-Black-Falcon-Cruise-Terminal-parking (a single booking-aggregator listing, not any operator's own site) — verified September 13, 2026. The listing marks all three “No Transportation Provided” (rechecked September 27, 2026); address, phone, booking method and hours weren't confirmed.

None of these three figures is a locked-in rate. Get a direct quote from whichever hotel you're considering, confirm whether a shuttle actually runs before booking, and weigh the savings against the extra distance — especially for the Hyatt Regency option, which is the cheapest by a wide margin but also the farthest from the terminal of the three.

Hotels that hold the car

We’ve since checked 51 hotels one by one, on their own sites. Two print a rate to leave the car while you’re away, both north of Logan and sold as airport parking: the Holiday Inn Logan Chelsea, with Park & Fly options “starting as low as $10 per night”, and the Four Points in Revere, $25 a day after check-out. Neither mentions cruises or runs a ride to the ship.

Closer in, the Holiday Inn Express on Boston Street in South Boston lists a “Shuttle to BCEC & Cruise Terminal” and a Park and Fly package, neither with a printed price, and several Hilton hotels by Logan list Hilton’s Park, Stay & Go, which names no port. The 20 best hotels for the night before scores every one and prices the parking for your cruise length.

Parking FAQ

How much does official parking cost at Flynn Cruiseport Boston?

Massport's own parking page could not be reached when we checked, so no figure here is confirmed directly on the port's own site. Third-party guides describe two on-site options fairly consistently: the Cruiseport Open Air C1 Lot at roughly $25/day, and the Marine Park Garage at roughly $30-35/day, and the guides disagree on the shuttle. Massport's own cruise parking page on Parking.com names the Fargo Lot at 93 Fargo Street, prepaid only, with a free courtesy shuttle. Treat every rate as an estimate rather than a locked-in rate.

What's the difference between the C1 Lot and the Marine Park Garage?

Both are described as Massport-operated or Massport-affiliated, and the guides disagree on the shuttle: cometoboston says both run one, CruiseHive says neither does. The C1 Lot is an open-air lot at roughly $25/day; the Marine Park Garage is covered parking at roughly $30-35/day. Neither operator's own confirmation was reachable when we checked, so the covered-versus-open-air trade is the clearest distinction available rather than a precisely sourced comparison.

Is off-site parking cheaper than parking at the cruiseport in Boston?

Often, per one third-party aggregator. The Hyatt Regency Boston Cruise Port is listed at about $14/day, roughly 6.5 miles from the terminal — the cheapest option we found. The Cambria Hotel Boston, Downtown-South Boston and YOTEL Boston are both listed at about $55/day, closer in at 1.7 and 2.2 miles respectively. None of these three was independently confirmed beyond the single aggregator, and the listing says no transportation is provided at any of them.

Does Flynn Cruiseport Boston have accessible parking or EV charging?

Not independently confirmed when we checked. Massport's own site, which would normally list ADA-accessible spaces and any EV charging availability, returned only a bot-protection page to us at every URL we tried, and no third-party guide we checked covered either topic in enough detail to disclose a figure.

Why isn't there an official rate confirmed directly from Massport?

Massport's own site (massport.com) was inaccessible to us at every URL we tried, including the parking-directions page, returning only an Incapsula bot-protection placeholder rather than actual content. Every rate on this page instead comes from third-party guides that themselves describe Massport's lots, cross-checked across more than one source where possible.
