Seven Historical Suites is the small, new one, and almost everything we know comes from one source. Michelin lists it in its hotel selection, marked new: seven attic suites and a Presidential suite with a whirlpool on the top floor of Palazzo Terni, about 0.7 miles on foot from the Stazione Marittima by our routing.
We couldn't find a website of its own, so there's no price, breakfast or parking to quote — only Michelin's check-in at 2 pm and check-out at 11.
That's why it's on the splurge list, not in our nineteen. It may be lovely; it just doesn't publish enough to score.
Book it through a source you trust, and ask about breakfast and luggage before the ship, not after.
Book it if
- You want eight suites, not eighty rooms
- A whirlpool in the Presidential suite appeals
- You'll walk or taxi the 0.7 miles to the ship
Look elsewhere if
- You need prices and policies in writing up front.
- You want a restaurant in the building.
- You're driving and need parking.
