The daily rate is the number everyone compares. The car park and the gantries are the ones that surprise.
Terminal pages and LTA’s ERP table, read Oct 5, 2026. Checked Oct 5, 2026
ERP, Singapore’s electronic road pricing, charges by gantry and time band — so there’s no single daily number for a rental car.
LTA’s Jan 2, 2026 table for cars showed the Marina Coastal Expressway westbound at S$3–6 in the morning peak and S$2–4 in the evening. The same table showed nine Bugis–Marina Centre gantries at S$0 in a weekday 7:35–8:35 sample.
LTA revised rates in March, June and September 2026, so those are dated samples, not today’s prices — the live table is on OneMotoring. We couldn’t get the rate for the gantries on Marina Coastal Drive or the way into MBCCS.
HarbourFront’s own page prints S$2.80 per hour or part thereof, with a 15-minute grace, on a clock that runs 7 AM to 7 AM. It also urges passengers toward public transport, because the lots are limited — a hint, not a promise of space.
It names HarbourFront Tower 1, Keppel Bay Carpark and Keppel Bay Tower as other places to leave a car.
We couldn’t see a daily cap. If the rate ran all day and night, a seven-night cruise would come to about S$470 (about US$365) — our arithmetic, and a number to put to the terminal before you book a car.
MBCCS takes advance reservations on +65 6411 5592 and prints no rate we could quote. One aggregator put short stays near S$0.70 per 15 minutes and S$2.80 for the first hour, — not an MBCCS figure.
Singapore’s GST is 9%, per an LTA price quoted “inclusive of 9% GST”. We couldn’t confirm how car-rental quotes treat it — our assumption is that the quote includes it, so the calculator adds nothing.
Until the MBCCS operator gives you a number, budget on HarbourFront’s S$2.80 an hour (October 2026) — and ask the desk what a week costs before you book.
