Holland America isn't building new ships right now. Instead it has launched Holland America Evolution, a roughly $500 million guest-experience program that reworks staterooms and adds new solo verandahs, panoramic suites and the Grand Dutch Café across the Vista and Signature ships. As always, only confirmed dates are worth planning around.

Refined and Dutch-accented — the Pinnacle Grill steakhouse anchors the specialty lineup, alongside Canaletto (Italian), Tamarind (pan-Asian), and — on the newest ships — Rudi's Sel de Mer (French seafood) and Nami Sushi. The Dining Room, Lido Market and Dive-In round out the everyday, with the Grand Dutch Café for a European touch.
Enrichment at the table — a longstanding America's Test Kitchen partnership brings cooking demonstrations and classes, part of a broader, unhurried focus on food and learning.
Music Walk

Mariner Society status is earned primarily by the number of days you sail (with bonus stars for onboard spending and suites), building through star levels toward perks like laundry, priority services, discounts and milestone gifts. Have It All — most fares are sold cruise-only or as the Have It All bundle, which adds shore excursions, specialty dining, a drinks package and Wi-Fi.
